There are two ways to look at this data. First, if you are thinking of selling, sell now – don’t wait. The other point is, if you are buying this year, in 43 of the 50 states you could see a dramatic increase in value within ten years. I think this data can help both buyers and sellers make good decisions for themselves and their families.

The information was taken from a study done by Fiserv and Moody’s which was reported by Seeking Alpha on 9/19. There is a colored map in the October issue of Keeping Current Matters. It makes the info much more visual. Great for presentations. Check it out.

You just have to ‘copy and paste’. If your computer does not allow you to do that, you have to check your computer settings because many of the readers of this blog copy it to their blog (with accreditation).
